Student Nomination Form
 
Schools and colleges may nominate one (1) graduating senior student per 100 graduates. The number of graduates will be based on the number of actual graduates, averaged over the previous five years. Dually enrolled students will be "counted" in both colleges of matriculation. Schools and colleges will be informed of the number of nominations available on or around October 15th of each year.

Students may be nominated only by one school or college. In the case of dually enrolled students, it is the responsibility of the schools and colleges to discuss with each other, and with the student, which unit will submit the nomination. Please note that the students' portfolio should include representation of their work in both colleges in order to give a comprehensive picture of their achievement.

The materials submitted on behalf of each student contain confidential letters of recommendation. Therefore, the nominating portfolios should not be delivered or picked up by the individual student nominees. Materials should be transported to and from the University Scholar Selection Committee by school or college personnel.

The Scholar Selection Office is open Monday - Thursday, 9am-2pm. all nominations must be received at 524 Huntington Hall NO LATER THAN NOON, THURSDAY, JANUARY 17, 2008.
