Coalition on Intercollegiate Athletics (COIA) The Senate Committee on Athletic Policy wants the Senate to be aware of its discussions about joining the Coalition on Intercollegiate Athletics (COIA) and its intention to bring recommendations for adaptation of the COIA Framework to the Senate early in the 2004-5 academic year.
